West Central Minnesota Expressway Corridor Selection Study: Final Report

This report presents findings and conclusions from a Minnesota Highway Department study to determine the best corridor for an expressway extending westward from the Twin Cities metropolitan area to serve west-central Minnesota. The study evaluates the relative desirability of four alternative corridor locations for such an expressway., These corridors roughly parallel existing TH 121 7, 212 and 19.
