Special recognition is given to the the following contributors: Laborers Employers Cooperation and Education Trust, Hiway Federal Credit Union, American Federation of State, County, & Municipal Employees, Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, National Electrical Contractors Assn - St. Paul Chapter, Local #110, American Traffic Safety Services Association (MN, ND, SD), Black Constructors, Inc. The Memorial is located in the entryway to the Transportation Building, 395 John Ireland Blvd., St. Paul, MN, and includes a kiosk to search for the names of included individuals.
