Final environmental statement for Interstate Highway 35 (I-35) and U.S. Trunk Highway 61 (T.H. 61) in St. Louis County, City of Duluth, Minnesota, from Mesaba Ave. to 10th Ave. East

The proposed project (recommended alternative)is the extension of the in-place 4-lane divided Interstate Highway (l-55) in the City of Duluth, St. Louis County, State of Minnesota. This Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will assess the impacts on the environment of the proposed project which begins at Mesaba Avenue (current terminus of I-35) and continues eastward to 10th Avenue East.
