This cover letter accompanied the 2012 Taxpayers' Transportation Accountability Act Report.

This report is issued to comply with Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 161.3203, subdivision 4 (Laws 2008, Chapter 287, Article 1, Section 16). This report includes data on 19 contracts executed between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 (state fiscal year 2013) that meet the definition of “Privatization Transportation Contracts” in the Taxpayers’ Transportation Accountability Act. It also provides information on contracts from previous years that remain active.

This report is issued to comply with Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 161.3203, subdivision 4 (Laws 2008, Chapter 287, Article 1, Section 16). This report includes data on contracts executed between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014 (state fiscal year 2014) that meet the definition of “Privatization Transportation Contracts” in the Taxpayers’ Transportation Accountability Act (TTAA). It also provides information on contracts from previous years that remained active at the end of the prior year.

This report contains data about contracts that meet the definition of “Privatization Transportation Contracts” as described in Minnesota Statutes 161.3203, which is also known as the “Taxpayers’ Transportation Accountability Act”. A total of 297 contracts were evaluated over the life of the Act. There were 80 contracts executed by the Minnesota Department of Transportation that met the statutory standards defining a privatization transportation contract between July 1, 2014 and June 30, 2015, which is the state fiscal year 2015. The report provides information on the 80 contracts executed in FY 2015 as well as the 91 contracts from previous years that remained active

This report contains data about contracts that meet the definition of “Privatization Transportation Contracts” as described in Minnesota Statutes 161.3203, which is also known as the “Taxpayers’ Transportation Accountability Act.” A total of 370 contracts have been evaluated since the Act took effect. The Minnesota Department of Transportation executed 74 contracts meeting the statutory definition of a privatization transportation contract during state fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016). This report provides information on the 74 contracts executed in FY 2016 as well as the 143 contracts from previous years that remained active or were in the close-out audit process at the end of the prior year.

This report contains data about contracts that meet the definition of “Privatization Transportation Contracts” as described in Minnesota Statutes 161.3203, which is also known as the “Taxpayers’ Transportation Accountability Act.” A total of 447 contracts were evaluated since the Act took effect. The Minnesota Department of Transportation executed 77 contracts meeting the statutory definition of a privatization transportation contract during state fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017). This report provides information on the 77 contracts executed in FY 2017 and the 259 contracts from previous years that remained active or were in the close-out audit process at the end of the prior year.
